2010 Outlook: Brands That Will Disappear

This one’s about a month old, but it’s a fun read.

24/7 Wall Street lists “The Ten Brands That Will Disappear in 2010,” including many that have been in slow decline, plus others the site believes won’t make it based on recent operating performance. They include the Washington Post’s (WPO) Newsweek magazine, Motorola (MOT), Palm (PALM), Blockbuster (BBI), Fannie (FNM) and Freddie (FRE), Ambac Financial (ABK), Eastman Kodak (EK), Sun Microsystems (JAVA), and E*Trade Financial (ETFC).
