Borrowing My Dad’s iPad And Using The iPad Dock

My dad bought an iPad a few months ago, and since then he started using it for almost everything. Wherever he goes, the iPad goes with him. He’ll bring it to work with him and I even see it with him when we’re at family parties. The thing never leaves his side and I couldn’t understand why he was so obsessed with it until the other day when I brought it with me to school. I also brought the case with me, but I left the iPad dock at home so the charge would have to last until I got home.

Some days school seems to drag on so slowly, so I decided that I needed to bring some sort of distraction. My dad offered to let me take his iPad with me, which means he must have been in a really generous mood that day since normally it wouldn’t leave his side. I wasn’t so sure that the iPad would really help make my day go by quicker, but I was willing to give it a try.

After using the iPad for a day, I completely changed my mind about the product. It was actually much more useful than I first thought. It had so many capabilities. I was able to take notes, play games, check me email, and go on Facebook. too. I played a bunch of games during my first class because I was in the mood for something fun. Then I decided to be productive and answer all my emails and do some work on my online class. Finally, at the end of the day I talked to some people on Facebook.

Using my dad’s iPad for the day was a lot of fun. It really made the school day go by quicker than usual. The one thing that I would complain about is the battery life. By the time I got home from school, the battery was almost completely dead, so I had to rush to find the iPad dock. I think that one day is kind of quick for a battery to die, but I guess if you think about how much use I got out of it for the day, it lasted a decent amount of time. I wouldn’t have much of a problem charging the iPad once a day.

The iPad is great if you want to connect to the Internet at any time during the day. It makes it easy to stay connected on the web while you are carrying out your daily activities. I would highly recommend this product to most college kids because it can help you with schoolwork, but also lighten up your day with some nice distractions.
